Skills Poland is a non-profit organization promoting excellence in skills. The objective is achieving through skills competitions and by training and coaching young professionals, competition specialists and trainers. Skills Poland is open and works in close partnership with all the stakeholders sharing the same objectives and values.

The Skills competition group consists of both national and European competitions. All competitions share the aim of promoting excellence in the field of skills and competence development, improving the quality and attractiveness of vocational education and training (VET) and raising the awareness of the importance of professional excellence. The competitions are also a way of enhancing cooperation between vocational institutions and businesses and encouraging young people to improve their professional and adventurous skills.

Skills Poland works in close cooperation with WorldSkills Europe (previously ESPO). National Organization of Technology is the prime mover of Skills Poland inception and the member of WorldSkills Europe.
