Skills Poland Main Objectives

• Market Skills Poland by drawing on the nationwide efforts of Partners
• Position the National Competition as the premier country event for skills recognition and advancement
• Develop a new modern identity and a flexible structure to support the nationwide activities of Skills Poland
• Develop strategic partnerships with selected corporate, government and non-government organisations to further the aims of Skills Poland
• Facilitate networking among Skills Poland Experts to develop new opportunities for skills development and innovation
• Encourage the transfer of skills, knowledge and cultural exchange between young people across the country and participants in EuroSkills

Skills Poland Main Tasks

• Challenge young people, their teachers, trainers and employers to achieve world class standards of competence
• Promote the status of vocational training
• Disseminate information and share knowledge about skill standards
• Conduct a biennial National Competitions
• Promote the exchange of ideas and experience in vocational training through seminars, meetings and competitions
• Disseminate information on world class standards of competence
• Motivate young people to pursue further education and training relevant to their careers
• Facilitate communication and contacts between vocational training organizations nationwide and around the Europe
